SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electrotechnical industry and may be used in creation and operation of autonomous power supply systems (PSS) of artificial Earth satellites (AES). The suggested method for load feeding by direct current in autonomous power supply systems of artificial Earth satellite from the primary source of limited power, for example, from a solar battery, and from the secondary source of electric energy, for example, an accumulator battery, consists in stabilisation of n load voltage ratings and sequencing of operation of the primary and secondary sources of electric energy, at that at first voltage is stabilised at the load having maximum input supply voltage by a parallel short-circuited stabilised converter that contains a power transistor switch and control circuit with pulse-width modulator while voltage stabilisation for remaining loads is made from supply busbars of the first load by series stabilised converters, at that sequencing of operation of the primary and secondary sources of electric energy is carried out only at the first tier of voltage stabilisation; besides the primary source of limited power is divided into m sections stabilised on individual basis by m sections of the parallel short-circuited stabilised converter.

EFFECT: improved functional reliability of autonomous power supply system of AES.
