FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises the unit for pre-cleaning of industrial drains 1, the alkaline solution recirculation unit, the unit of multichamber electromembrane devices consisting of the unit 2 of the first stage of electromembrane processing for separation of dialyzate from the cleaned alkaline drain, and also obtaining of the softened salt solution, and the unit 3 of the second step of electromembrane processing for obtaining of dilyuat and the concentrated alkaline solution. The alkaline solution recirculation unit contains the first tank 4 filled with alkaline solution and the second tank 5 filled with the cleaned alkaline drain and connected to the pre-cleaning unit. The plant contains the dilyuat supply line 6 of the second stage of electromembrane treatment for supply into the unit of the first step of electromembrane processing and the alkaline solution supply line from the first tank into the concentration camera of the unit of the second stage of electromembrane treatment.
EFFECT: increase of productivity of obtaining of the softened salt solution and the concentrated alkaline solution, decrease of specific electricity consumption, simplification of the process flowchart.
