SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a method for manufacture of particles of a hydrophobic additive and polysaccharide coating and to tobacco products containing such hydrophobic additive particles and polysaccharide coating. The method for manufacture of particles of encapsulated flavouring agents or chemically perceivable substances involves formation of an emulsion containing: (i) the first water solution containing or more polysaccharides; and (ii) a hydrophobic additive; the said emulsion drop-spraining in a sprayer; introduction of the said drops into the second water solution containing one or more cations of metals for formation of particles containing one or more linked polysaccharides and the said additive encapsulated therein; isolation of the said particles from the said water solution; introduction of the said particles isolated from the said water solution into the third water solution containing or more polysaccharides for a period of time sufficient for additional coating of the said particles; the said particles isolation from the third solution and drying.

EFFECT: creation of a method for manufacture of particles of a hydrophobic additive and polysaccharide coating that, when used in cigarettes or non-smoking flavour products, ensure excellent stability of flavour and adjustable or prolonged release of flavouring additives.
