SUBSTANCE: capsule for use in a smoking product contains a liquid material which improves organoleptic properties, and a shell surrounding the liquid material. Shell has an external surface having hydrophobicity due to hydrophobic groups covalently bonded to the outer surface of the shell. Hydrophobic groups contain fragments of fatty acids or esters of fatty acids.
EFFECT: improved mechanical stability of the capsule and possibility of maintaining operational characteristics.
