FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: measurement system for research of small-scale turbulence in a near-surface layer of the sea comprises a stationary platform and an instrument container with sensor connected to measurement equipment fixed on the specified horizon in the near-surface layer of the sea. The instrument container is installed as capable of fixation on any specified horizons in the near-surface layer of the sea. It is provided with a facility to control its position and is fixed vertically in a cardan of a load frame made in the form of a ring arranged horizontally, to which three flexible ties are attached symmetrically around the circle, one of which is a cable-rope, which is connected to sensors and the facility for control of the position of the instrument container and is pulled through the unit fixed at the end of the boom, which is fixed by its other end on the lower deck of the platform with the possibility of rising upwards in the vertical plane relative to the place of fixation. Further the cable-rope is pulled via the unit fixed on the lower deck of the platform on the line of the boom axis, and via a hoist with a current collector is connected to measurement equipment installed on the platform. Each of two other flexible ties is pulled via one of units fixed on the lower deck of the platform symmetrically relative to the line of the boom axis. These two units with a unit fixed at the end of the boom, in plan are tops of an equilateral triangle. Then each of two mentioned flexible ties is connected to one of two other hoists installed on the platform. A streamlined weight of specified mass is fixed to the lower part of the instrument container on a sling of specified length.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and reliability of research of specified near-surface layer of the sea due to provision of stabilisation of sensors in space at the specified horizon with the possibility of their further movement and stable installation at any other specified horizons, and also due to reduction of labour inputs in manufacturing of a system and possibility of its operation without diving.
