FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: profiling measuring system includes a fixed offshore platform (9), on which an instrument container (1) with sensors is mounted, equipped with a means controlling its position. The container (1) is placed in the vertical plane under the block (12) fixed to the boom end (11) and set in the cardan (2) of the load frame (3). Three tensioned flexible connections (4-6) are attached to the frame (3). One of them - the cable-rope (4), is connected to the sensors and the container position controlling means (1). The block (12) is fixed to the boom end (11), which in turn is fixed to the lower deck (10) of the platform (9) with its other end. The cable-rope (4) is passed through the block (13) mounted on the lower deck (10) of the platform. Each of the flexible links (5 and 6) is formed as an evenly strained cable, that is passed through one of the blocks (15 and 16). The streamlined load of the predetermined weight (8) is attached to the lower container part (1) on the sling of the given length.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing the efficiency and reliability of studying the predetermined near-surface sea layer.
