FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: meter is made as comprising a measuring bridge 1, a conversion and processing unit 2 and a source of power supply 3. The measuring bridge comprises two temperature sensors and four reference resistors connecting six tops of the bridge in the following sequence: first top, first sensor, third top, first reference resistor; fourth top, second reference resistor, and second top, second temperature sensor, fifth top, third reference resistor, sixth top, fourth reference resistor, first top. The first and second tops are connected to outlets of the power supply source 3, and other four tops are supplied to the inlets of the conversion and processing unit 2. At the same time reference resistors may be made as alternating and software-controlled. The conversion and processing unit 2 is made as comprising four analogue-digital converters 4-7 with differential inlets and a microprocessor 8, inlets and outlets of which are connected, accordingly, to digital outlets and digital inlets of each of analogue-digital converters. At the same time analogue inlets of analogue-digital converters are connected in series into a ring so that the first lead of the inlet of each analogue-digital converter is connected to the second lead of the inlet of the other analogue-digital converter and one of four inlets of the conversion and processing unit. The conversion and processing unit 2 may also be made as comprising serially connected a switchboard 9, an analogue-digital converter 10 and a microprocessor 11. At the same time the inlet and outlet of the microprocessor are connected, accordingly, to the digital outlet and inlet of the analogue-digital converter, the differential inlet of which is connected to the differential outlet of the switchboard, four differential inlets of which are the inlets of the conversion and processing unit.
EFFECT: increased accuracy due to reduced dynamic error of measurement specified by thermal inertia of a sensor, reduction of random and systematic errors of a secondary measuring converter by a scheme-logic method.
