SUBSTANCE: in a flow they locally install three identical thermistor elements with heating - cooling by controlled monitored sources of various alternating capacity, they measure resistances of thermistor elements in time, determine instantaneous values of temperature of thermistor elements and their derivatives, they determine instantaneous value of the flow parameter by calibrating dependence on integral coefficient of heat exchange a(t)S of the thermistor element with the medium or according to the calibrating dependence on heat capacity of the thermistor element, which are calculated according to formulas $$$ , where θ1(t), θ2(t) and θ3(t) - instantaneous temperatures of the first, second and third thermistor elements; θ1'(t), θ2'(t) and θ3'(t) - instantaneous derivatives of temperatures of the first, second and third thermistor elements; C1(t), C2(t) and C3(t) - instantaneous capacities of heating of the first, second and third thermistor elements, flow temperature θc(t) is determined according to the formula $$$ .
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement and increased efficiency of the method.
