SUBSTANCE: device comprises a liner stabiliser of negative voltage, a current sensor, an amplifier of current sensor signals, which consists of an operational amplifier, nine resistors, two capacitors, four diodes; there is an additional galvanic insulation unit, which comprises a comparator for two signals, an amplitude modulator, a voltage converter and two pulse transformers. Due to this invention the loss of space vehicles may be prevented. In an emergency situation voltage of the on-board network will be within the set limits of 27 5 + 7 V and will not get lower than 22 V. At that a signal of the current consumed level is used when it is required to cut off the controlled consumer from the power supply network and to reswitch to a backup half-set.

EFFECT: developing the effective device for the protection of accumulator batteries from over-discharging.
