Due to this invention the loss of space vehicles may be prevented. In an emergency situation voltage of the on-board network will be within the set limits of $${27}_{-5}^{+7}$$ V and will not get lower than 22 V. At that a signal of the current consumed level is used when it is required to cut off the controlled consumer from the power supply network and to reswitch to a backup half-set.
