FIELD: electronics, possible use in composition of radio-electronic equipment of ground, sea, air and space location for protection from influence of radiation.
SUBSTANCE: device contains detector of radiations (1), connected to amplifier of detector signals (2), which is connected to block for generating power management commands (3), one output of which is connected to controlling input of secondary power supply (4), and another one is connected to controlling input of block for enabling anticipatory protection (6), output of which through first resistor (7) is connected to base of power impulse transistor (5). Output of secondary power supply (4) is connected to first output of device and collector of transistor (5), between base and emitter of which second resistor (8) is coupled. Common buses of secondary power supply (4) and block for enabling anticipatory protection (6) are connected to second output of device and emitter of transistor (5). Power inputs of these blocks are connected to power supply net.
EFFECT: substantially reduced delay of protection activation time, reducing destructive influence of radiation in microchips included in composition of protected block, because the time during which microchips are in emergency situation is reduced.
