SUBSTANCE: rifled barrel of artillery and small-arm systems has a channel which consists of a rifled part, a lead-in cone and a chamber. The smooth part of the lead-in cone is made in the form of a removable sleeve, the angle at the vertex of the lead-in cone is determined from the expression:
EFFECT: increased resource of the rifled barrel, improvement of the conditions for its repair.
