FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for pouring nonferrous metal into moulds. For control over fused metal flow from distribution system control rod is used composed of the body with inner cavity and outer surface shaped and sized to allow its interaction with feed pipe inner surface. Rod body inner cavity houses heating element for heat transfer via the body of rod of top, mid and/or bottom part of feed pipe inner surface. In compliance with other versions, heating element can be arranged in feed pipe body to transfer heat to control rod.
EFFECT: ruled out metal solidification of the surface of said pipes or control rods.
