FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to ultrasonic equipment and heat power industry and may be used for cleaning from deposits of different purpose heat exchangers. The installation comprises a secondary heat source connected through inverter to inputs of magnetostrictor; its one output is connected kinematically to process control object connected kinematically to vibration gauge in order to send signal to the microcontroller connected to display unit. One of the microcontroller inputs is connected to magnetostrictor through current sensor and scaling amplifier; two outputs of the microcontroller are connected through generators with direct digital synthesis of frequency (DDS-generators), one of them is designed to generate signal of triangle shape with further straightening and amplifying while the other is designed to generate sinusoidal signal with further straightening, with pulse-width modulator and through driver with one leg of inverter made as per bridge scheme, and the third output of the microcontroller through the other drives with the other leg of inverter.

EFFECT: improving quality of ultrasonic cleaning for heat exchangers.
