FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: in technical systems of coolant preparation. Device of ultrasonic cleaning of deposits in heat-exchanging units consists of secondary power supply source, unit of electronic switching, unit of magnetostrictors, emergency condition analyzer, microcontroller, technological control object, acoustic vibrations analyzer, indication unit and control bus bar, and consists in formation of controlled pattern of acoustic vibrations of high intensity of ultrasonic frequency on the working surface of heat-exchanging unit with the help of microprogramming facilities and feedback of technological process execution.
EFFECT: improves efficiency of cleaning and deposits' prevention; expansion of technical utilization field.
