FIELD: cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of cleaning internal surfaces of heat exchange boilers from deposits and can be used to prevent and remove scale from internal surfaces of heat exchangers. Heat exchange boiler with the function of scale deposit removal comprises a body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, a bundle of heat exchange tubes placed therein, wherein said tubes are in communication with the pressure and drain collectors at one end and with a bypass collector at the other end and are separated by tube grids to ensure the crossflow of coolant around the tubes. The boiler is equipped with at least one electromagnetic converter welded by the end of the ultrasound emitter to the outer surface of the body, connected with an ultrasonic pulse generator by an electric cable for simultaneous impact on the surface of the heat exchange boiler and the heat exchange tubes made of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic metals, configured to create a magnetostriction effect by a variable pulse electromagnetic field. The boiler is additionally equipped with at least one acoustic transducer containing a piezoelectric element and a rod waveguide connected by an electric cable with the acoustic wave generator mounted in the body wall and located with the front onlay inside the bypass collector of the boiler, oriented with the waveguide along the divided bundle of heat exchange tubes, and is secured on the wall of the boiler body by the flange. Ultrasonic scale deposit removal in the above heat exchange boiler is performed by simultaneous effect on the surfaces of the heat exchange boiler and the heat exchange tubes made of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic metals by the variable electromagnetic field created by multipolar pulse trains with a frequency of 0.1 to 10.0 Hz. The effect of the pulse electromagnetic field on the surfaces of the heat exchanger boiler and the heat exchange tubes is additionally enhanced by an acoustic field directed transversely thereto, wherein said acoustic field creates acoustic waves in aqueous media, capable of equalising ultrasonic-frequency mechanical vibrations with alternating signs.

EFFECT: increase in the operating life of heat exchange boilers due to the improvement in the quality of scale deposit removal from internal surfaces of heat exchange pipelines.
