FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. An intraocular lens comprises an anterior surface and a posterior surface, and also has an anterior-posterior optical axis. The anterior and posterior surfaces comprise a first diffraction profile forming one first diffraction focal point of the order +1 on the optical axis, and a second diffraction profile forming the second diffraction focal point of the order +1 on the optical axis, which is different from the first diffraction focal point of the order +1. One part of the second diffraction profile is applied over one part of the first diffraction profile so that the order +2 of the second diffraction profile is added to the order +1 of the first diffraction profile.
EFFECT: improving the properties of the lens.
