FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of combined desinfection of grains and seed with use of VHF electromagnetic field (EMF) is performed by two stages. At the first stage grain moving in the flow is uniformly moistened by the disinfecting water until complete saturation of its coat and uniform distribution of the water solution or water mixture over surface of corn seed in form of thin film. At the second stage grains continuously moving in the dense bed is treated by VHF EMF with high density of energy flow 10°C/s and over, but not reducing their quality, then the disinfected grains are cooled or dried.

EFFECT: invention ensures intensity and uniformity of the grains desinfection, improves efficiency of the process as per quantity and types of the destroyed phytopathogenic microflora, including in internal tissues of the corn seed, increases the method productivity, ensures its ecologic safety and universalism during the treatment of grains with different purpose.
