FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to a water-based lubricating material, containing from 5 to 80 wt % of water-soluble polyalkyleneglycol, selected from a statistic copolymer, consisting of polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene, other polyoxyalkylene with one or several hydroxyl end groups or their mixture, and of a block-copolymer, consisting of polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene, other polyoxyelkylene or their mixture, from 0.5 to 20 wt % of foaming or non-foaming emulsifiers from the class of anionic, non-ionogenic or cationic tensides, water-soluble or emulsified in water carboxylic acid ethers, from 0.5 to 50 wt % of an antifreeze, selected from the group, consisting of alkyleneglycol, glycerol, salts or ionic liquids, from 0.05 to 10 wt % of anticorrosion additives, selected from the group, consisting of alkanolamines, derivatives of boric acid or carboxylic acid, from 0.001 to 1 wt % of additives for the prevention of a foam formation, selected from the group, consisting of polydimethylsiloxanes or acrylate polymers, from 0.5 to 5 wt % of a wear-protecting substance, from 0.001 to 0.5 wt % of sorbic acid as a biocide and from 0.05 to 5 wt % of Ceroxid nanoparticles and water to 100 wt %. The claimed invention also relates to the application of the lubricating material (versions).
EFFECT: elaboration of the water-based lubricating material, capable of biological decomposition; and it contributes to the essential reduction of carbon dioxide emission.
