FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is deicing agent comprising ethylene glycol having 2-3 carbon atoms or oxalkylene having 4-6 carbon atoms or mixture thereof, polymer thickener, nonionic surfactant based on alcohol ethoxylate, and water. Nonionic surfactant is formed from alcohol having 6-22 carbon atoms substituted by 1-10 molecules of low molecular alkylene oxide. Deicing agent further comprises soluble salt of inorganic acid or low-molecular carboxylic acid or mixture thereof, imidazole and/or triazole compounds as corrosion inhibitor, and polymer thickener is water soluble cross-linked homopolymer of acrylic or methacrylic acids, homopolymer and mixture having average molecular weight from 750,00 to 1,250,000 and as 0,5% aqueous solution with pH value from at least 7.0, temperature of 20 C, viscosity from 1000 to 13,000 Mpa, s measured by Brookfield viscosimeter at 20 rpm, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: at least one alkylene glycol having 2-3 carbon atoms and/or one oxalkylene glycol having 4-6 carbon atoms, 35-70; water-soluble polymer thickener, 0.05- 1.5; at least one nonionic surfactant, 0.02-1.5; at least one water-soluble salt of inorganic acid and/or low-molecular carboxylic acid; at least one imidazole and/or triazole compound as corrosion inhibitor 0.01-1.0; water up to 1000 wt % with respect to deicing agent.
