FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designing of the refrigerating equipment working using properties of the expanding gas flow. The volute contains casing with spiral channel created by the guiding spiral wall ending by the end edge located on the main diameter of the vortex pipe. At that the casing contains two entering each other coaxial sleeves having possibility of rotation one relatively another, and spiral channel made uniform for two sleeves is divided to two parts, at that top part of the channel is located on the outside sleeve, and internal - on the internal sleeve. EFFECT: expansion of the process abilities for use of the vortex pipe due to possibility to change gas flow through the volute.
