SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in contact welding of galvanised steel. The composite contains the ingredients in the following ratio, wt %: titanium 0.2-1.1, carbon 0.05-0.20, copper - the rest.
EFFECT: electrodes made of the above material and applicable for contact welding possess high adhesion resistance to a zinc coating and good heat resistance, as well as contact resistance stability that causes a high operational life.
