FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to compositions of heat-resistant, wear-resistant materials based on copper, obtained by powder metallurgy methods, and can be used for the manufacture of guide bushings for valves of the gas distribution mechanism of internal combustion engines, plungers of injection molding machines and other highly loaded parts of friction units various mechanisms, units and machines. Powder heat-resistant wear-resistant material based on copper contains, wt%: aluminum 2.60-3.20, carbon 0.60-1.20, oxygen 0.20-0.22, the rest is copper.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing heat resistance and wear resistance of the material, while maintaining a high level of thermal conductivity.
