FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used in electrical engineering. The first conversion section (11) converts into direct current the alternating current supplied from input lines (L1, L2) and applies it between power supply lines (LH1, LL1). Diode (D1) is placed between power supply lines (LH1, LL1) so that its anode is faced towards the power supply line (LH1). Capacitor (C1) has both ends connected to direct-current load (22) and connected in series to diode (D1). Switching section (S1) selects conductivity/non-conductivity between the source (E1) of alternating-current power and the first conversion section (11). The second conversion section (12) converts into direct-current voltage the alternating-current voltage supplied without passing the switching section (S1); it is connected to the connection point (P1) placed between capacitor (C1) and diode (D1) in order to apply the second direct-current voltage to capacitor (C1).
EFFECT: potential interruption of working voltage supply to inductance load in spite of delivery of working voltage to direct-current load with reduced number of elements.
