FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to electric power generator. System comprises power generator (14) for generating electric power in response to mechanical excitation, capacitance switched power converter (10) for power conversion of power generator output, wherein the capacitive switched converter has a capacitor bank (C1-C4) and switch layout (S1-S8), and controller (66) for controlling switch layout. Controller is configured to control the switches in order to change the configuration of the bank of capacitors (C1-C4) with serial configuration of the capacitors to the parallel one based on the feedback signal from the power generator. Power generator (14) comprises a triboelectric power generator with a rotating disc comprising a rotor and a stator. To generate feedback signal, rotor and/or stator template (40a, 40b, 40c; 50) is provided.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of operation.
