FIELD: ventilation; instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for air conditioning in premises, containing liquid-air heat exchanger with Peltier elements. Device comprises liquid-air heat exchanger with first air channel and second fluid channel which is connected to external circulating circuit, fan for air injection and control device. Heat exchanger comprises first stage with thermally passive partition and second stage with thermally active partition, which consists of or contains Peltier element, and control device provides current supply to Peltier element and its control so that heating or cooling is performed by need. Note here that fluid does not change aggregate state.

EFFECT: this allows increasing efficiency of heating and cooling.
