FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to local heating plants designed to create the required temperature parameters in the area of young animals live in production premises of cattle-breeding farms. Device for creation of thermal conditions in areas of keeping young animals with variable generation of level and direction of heat flow includes floor panel with heating element with stabilization of temperature parameters. In the thermostatting panel there built is a liquid circuit out of tubes with leads for heat carrier inlet and outlet and a temperature sensor. Heat-conducting material is placed on the top of the panel to level the temperature along its surface and the corrosion-resistant coating, and heat insulation is arranged at the bottom of the panel. Liquid circuit of the panel is connected by a unit of heat-insulated pipelines with a liquid circuit of the unit with variable generation of the level and direction of heat flow, which includes a heat exchanger "surface-liquid", pellet thermoelectric elements, surface-to-air heat exchanger, fan, circulating pump with controlled supply of heat carrier, temperature sensor at the input of heat-exchanger "surface-liquid" and temperature sensor at the output of heat exchanger "surface-liquid". Unit fluid circuit consists of inlet and outlet tubes with heat carrier inlet and outlet terminals connected to surface-liquid heat exchanger, note here that at inlet of heat-exchanger "surface-fluid" there is built-in pump and temperature transducer in inlet tube. Temperature transducer is built-in at outlet of "surface-liquid" heat exchanger in outlet pipe. Liquid circuits of the panel, unit for generation of level and direction of energy flow with unit of heat-insulated pipeline form closed loop for circulation of heat carrier. Heat level and direction generation control is carried out by thermoelectric elements from control system. At that, heat exchanger "surface-liquid" releases heat into heat carrier or absorbs heat from heat carrier, panel temperature sensor controls temperature on its surface and direction of heat flow, temperature sensors at the input and output of the heat exchanger "surface-liquid" control the level of heat flow generation, the pump circulates the heat carrier in the closed circuit, and the fan dissipates the excess energy into the environment.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of heating young animals and creating the required temperature parameters in the area of young animals during the whole year.
