FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metal forming using additive technologies and can be used in the manufacture of large-sized blades. After receiving the preliminary stamping of the blade from the shaped blank, the profile of the pen is twisted by the angle of the twist of the profile of the pen of the finished blade. After trimming the chip, a powder material is applied to the entrance edge of the aerodynamic profile of the pen by layer-by-layer selective electron beam fusion. At the same time, a 3D model is being built by swirling pre-stamping, the trajectory of application of the powder material is determined, which is applied along the selected trajectory to obtain a protective inlet edge. The value of the thickness of the protective inlet edge is determined taking into account the degree of deformation of the calibration of the twisted stamping, which is carried out with subsequent exposure to pressure to obtain the dimensions of the finished stamping blade. The finished stamping is sent for chip trimming and machining.
EFFECT: efficiency of the resulting fan blade is improved.
