FIELD: production of blades for gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of extrusion of a blank with subsequent forging of it, recrystallization annealing, working of a joint portion, cold rolling of a vane, quenching and ageing. The recrystallization annealing is being performed with heating by 40-160 C over than a temperature of a complete dissolving of γ phase; before working of the joint portion performing cold upsetting of that portion, reduction of a transition zone between the joint portion and the vane with cold deformation degree, equal to 20-40 and straightening with sizing. The quenching is being performed with heating over a temperature of beginning of recrystallization of the alloy by 20-70 C. The cold upsetting stage, the reduction of the transition zone and the straightening with sizing may be carried out simultaneously. EFFECT: enhanced quality of products. 2 cl, 1 tbl
