SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of a heat-accumulating coating, which can be used in heat insulation and active temperature control systems in housing and industrial construction. Heat-accumulating coating composition contains a polymer binder, a heat-accumulating agent in the form of particles of the "core-shell" type, mineral filler, surfactant, pigment and water. Particles of "core-shell" type with diameter of 1–100 mcm contain a core of an organic phase-transition component and a shell with thickness of 0.1–0.5 mcm from polyurethane.

EFFECT: invention enables to create a heat-accumulating coating having active temperature control properties.
