FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building, in particular, to combined coatings intended for protection against rotting of wood, mold of plastered surfaces, surfaces made of brick and concrete, and exhibiting fireproof properties. The composition for producing a heat-saving, moisture-resistant and fireproof coating protecting wood from rotting and plastered surfaces, brick and concrete from mold, includes a heat-saving component containing hollow ceramic microspheres with a specific mass of 450 to 750 kg/m3, a polymer latex binder, an anti-foaming agent and water as a filler, a moisture-resistant component containing polyurea, hollow glass and/or aluminosilicate microspheres with a particle diameter of 100 to 300 mcm, and at least one functional additive selected from the range including ammonium polyphosphate, wollastonite, microcalcite, silicon dioxide, and a fireproof component formed by uniform mixing of the foaming agent from a polymer emulsion which expands and foams, wherein the emulsion contains a self-crosslinking acrylate copolymer ensuring formation of a homogeneous mixture filled with a fire-resistant gas, with the following ratio of components, % wt.: the heat-saving component 45 to 50, the moisture-resistant component 20 to 25, the fireproof component 30 to 35. The invention is developed in the dependent claims.

EFFECT: creation of a universal coating composition with improved heat-saving, moisture-resistant and fireproof properties for protection of surfaces of any type.
