FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: claimed coating relates to heat-insulating fire-resistant coatings and can be used for thermal insulation of hot metal surfaces of industrial equipment and working surfaces of pipelines. Described is a heat-insulating fire-resistant coating for thermal insulation of a metal surface, comprising an acrylic dispersion, hollow microspheres, a flame retardant additive, pigment, an antifoaming agent in which hollow carbon microspheres are used as hollow microspheres, as a fire retardant additive, fine-grained galvanic sludge formed during reagent purification of waste water from galvanic production of composition Zn(OH)2, Ni(OH)2, Cu(OH)2, Fe(OH)3, Ca(OH)2, oxides of CaO, SiO2, dried and subjected to grinding to degree of grinding of not more than 40 mcm, with the following ratio of components, wt h: acrylic dispersion "Akremos 101" 32.0–56.0; hollow carbon microspheres 14.0–38.0; fine-grained galvanic slime formed during reagent purification of waste water from galvanic production of composition Zn(OH)2, Ni(OH)2, Cu(OH)2, Fe(OH)3, Ca(OH)2, oxides CaO, SiO2, dried and subjected to milling to degree of grinding of not more than 40 mcm 5.0–15.0; antifoaming additive BYK-037 0.30; pigment 1.0–5.0.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improved strength and heat-insulating properties of the coating surface.
