FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to produce root piles is realised with a small-size drilling rig, in the feed unit of which a pneumodrill in a jacket is installed. The pneumodrill is connected with drilling-casing pipes, in the lower part of which via an adapter they install an expander with a lost cone-shaped tip. The rated portion of concrete mix is fed into the well as the rated depth is achieved. Drilling-casing pipes are withdrawn by pneumodrill reversing to the height of the expander. Pipes are fixed, and concrete mix is pressurised with compressed air, which is supplied at the pressure of 0.3 to 3.0 MPa. Then another rated portion of concrete mix is supplied, and operations are repeated, until drilling-casing pipes are withdrawn from soil. Besides, the concrete mix and compressed air are supplied into the well via the expander.

EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of a root pile.
