FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing novel cyclic organophosphorus derivatives of the norbornane series 1a1-3-d
which can be used in organic synthesis. The disclosed method includes reacting a skeleton hydrocarbon of the norbornene series bicyclo[2.2.1]heptene-2, or exo-tricyclo[3.2.1.02.4]octene-6, or tetracyclo[4.3.0.02.4.03.7]nonene-8, or dicyclopentadiene with triethylaluminium in molar ratio of reactants unsaturated compound: AlEt3=1:1.05-1.1, in the presence of a zirconocene dichloride catalyst (Cp2ZrCl2), taken in amount of 1-10 mol%, preferably 5 mol%, with respect to the initial unsaturated compound in an argon atmosphere at 15-25°C and atmospheric pressure for 12 hours, followed by addition of toluene, benzene or hexane at -10°C, a trivalent phosphorus halide RPCl2 (where R=Ph, t-Bu, Me) in ratio of 1:1 (mol/mol) to triethylaluminium and mixing the reaction mass in an argon atmosphere at 15-25°C for 30 minutes, after which the obtained phospholanes are oxidised with 30% H2O2 solution in chloroform for 1 hour.
EFFECT: novel method for synthesis of novel phospholane-3-oxides is disclosed.
