FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to transport engineering. The vehicle body structural pillar has structural constructive member and covering member. The structural constructive member is made as hollow profile and passes in longitudinal direction of the vehicle body structural pillar. The covering member has elastic material and is located towards vehicle outer side behind the structural constructive member. The structural constructive member is made as integral part and provides on the first side a binding surface for vehicle glass. The structural constructive member is connected with upholstery of body structural pillar and/or with vehicle area adjoining the body structural pillar using one corresponding fastener. Vehicle contains the mentioned body structural pillar.
EFFECT: lower risk of injury when hitting body structural pillar.
