FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport machine building. Central beam of the central pillar of the body, made of steel, contains rigid zones and soft zones, the upper area with the upper fastening part for attachment to the roof element and the lower area with the lower fastening part for attachment to the element of the lower strapping beam. Soft zones have lower yield strength and/or tensile strength than rigid zones. Bottom area includes lower soft zone between lower fastening part and 50 % of central beam central beam height, and upper soft zone between upper fastening part and 50 % of central post central beam height. Upper soft zone has higher yield strength and/or tensile strength than lower soft zone. Upper and lower fastening parts are preferably rigid zones. Proposed method comprises steps whereat bottom soft zone is created to create top soft zone.
EFFECT: higher resistance to body strain loads.
