SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science. A penis and a prepuce are excised simultaneously. The penis is separated from surrounding tissues throughout 5-7 cm and dissected away. An urethra is incised throughout 1-1.5 cm. An artificial urethral opening is formed. Spongy bodies are sutured in the loop shape. A penis stump is attached in the proximity of an abdominal wall. The urethra is anchored to an abdominal wall at the level of a penectomy line.
EFFECT: method provides treating and preparing the test males suffering the penile and preputial pathologies.
