FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, surgery, and urology. A vascular pedicle graft is separated and formed. Then it is migrated to a recipient region. Herewith an aponeurotic-musculocutaneous flap is separated on the left surface of anterior abdominal wall from the lateral edge of abdominal rectus muscle with branches of inferior epigastric artery and vein. The flap is rotated and transposed under the pubes skin into the recipient region. Then helical folding and formation of neophallus follows.
EFFECT: method allows reducing injures of surgical interventions, improving blood supply of flap tissues, reducing risk of pedicle compression, and ensuring the required size of neophallus.
