SUBSTANCE: support panel is made of two - long and short - plates connected by means of axial articulated joint, the length of long plate is equal to distance from user elbow to half of back of his (her) palm, outer ends of short and long plates are connected for example by means of axial articulated joint or loops and hooks with two - tall and short - vertically oriented stands installed at distance from each other equal to user's knees width, lower ends of each stand enter independent slits formed by two parallel blocks or angles on the edges of separate horizontal panels. Length of tall laminated stand is equal to distance from seat bottom surface to user's neck, and additionally, each component of device has a hole through which flexible connection, for example rope, passes during transportation.

EFFECT: simplification of design and manufacturing, cost reduction and improved usability in service and off-transport carrying.
