SUBSTANCE: device contains a support board composed of two upper plates that are flapped in opposite directions and support on a telescopic nipple with a carrying tape and a height fixture attached to the outside; installed in the lower part of the nipple are two turning support plates; the upper and the lower plates are attaches to axles positioned on the nipple upper and lower edges respectively; the inner ends of the plates have angular engagement elements that enter the holes in the nipple when the plates are brought into a horizontal position; clamps are additionally installed inside the telescopic nipple for retaining the upper and the lower plates in a vertical portable position. The fixture in the vertical post is represented by a rod (attached to the telescopic surface outside surface through flexible linkage) and through holes in its links.

EFFECT: design and production technology simplification, reduction of prime cost, enhanced convenience of operation and carriage when outside vehicles.
