SUBSTANCE: top surface of load-bearing board has top soft thick-centre lining. Slit of bars or angles is made on load-bearing board bottom surface edge, its width being equal to luggage handle crosswise size. Telescopic plate composed of two superimposed plates is hinged to opposite edge of said load-bearing board. Said plates are provided with horizontal rows of through holes for height locating rods to be fitted therein. Telescopic plate lower edge has a lengthwise flute resting on the luggage top surface or on horizontal rod of moving bag. Horizontal board bottom surface has horizontal bar arranged in diagonal to turn about central axis. Note here that as-folded luggage elements have extra holes for flexible links, for example cords, to be passed there through.

EFFECT: comfortable conditions for sleeping with bag in vehicle, simplified device, ruled out injuries.
