The latter comprises acoustic membrane to transmit acoustic waves in the medium, assembly of piezoelectric actuator deformable in axial direction by applied electric signal. Resilient material of high incompressibility is arranged between said piezoelectric actuator and acoustic membrane to transmit pressure waves to acoustic membrane via piezoelectric actuator motion.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
