FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piezoelectric actuators. Bimorph disk actuator contains a substrate made of a composite material and having a first surface and a second surface, a first piezoceramic disk rigidly connected to the first surface of the substrate, a second piezoceramic disk rigidly connected to the second surface of the substrate, and a first composite ring made of a composite material rigidly connected to the first surface of the substrate and surrounding the first piezoceramic disk. Second composite ring may be rigidly connected to the second surface of the substrate and may surround the second piezoceramic disk. Device and method for producing a bimorph disk actuator is also proposed.
EFFECT: ability to provide the necessary technical characteristics of the actuator by adjusting the rigidity of the composite rings without changing the size of the piezoceramic disks.
