FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: crusher comprises a frame (1), a hopper (2) to feed grain with two windows, a drive (3), a rolling crushing unit (4) with a sidewall (5) of the inner crushing, an unloading device with the ability to adjust the gap between its scraper and the inner surface of the sidewall. Inside the sidewall a roller (6) is mounted with the ability of rolling. The sidewall is mounted on the roller pairs (16) of the guide tracks. The guide tracks are arranged symmetrically at a distance from the ends of the sidewall. Between the guide tracks the tracks are located for the V-belts (14) of the drive. The roller pairs are rigidly attached to the shaft and mounted slidably on the frame. One of the roller pairs is mounted by means of adjusting screws (21). The surfaces of the rollers have taper ratio with an increase to the middle of the pair and for prevention of the sidewall passing at the edge of the roller in the crest. Windows of the hopper are connected to the channel between the sidewall and the roller through an adjustable gap (10) and a grain-distributing chute (11). The scraper splits the flow into two parts on either side of the sidewall into the unloading funnel.
EFFECT: invention improves reliability of operation, extends the period of use and performance of the crusher by providing a uniform gap between the roller and the sidewall.
