FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production and can be used in production of concentrated fodders for animal breeding. Method includes two-step rolling-in and preservation of wet grain material. Processes of wet grain material rolling-in and preservation take place simultaneously in inter-roller gap of the first stage of rolling-in. Device for method realisation represents roller machine including drive and kinematically connected with it upper main, upper side and lower rollers, feeding tank with regulating gate, installed above upper main roller and equipped with curvilinear guiding plate, cleaning knives, mounted under rollers, feeding roller, installed in feeding tank, guiding plate mounted behind cleaning knife of upper main roller, sprayers for supplying preservative solution. Sprayers for feeding preservative solution are mounted in protecting cases above upper main roller and upper side roller for supply of preservative onto their rotating working surfaces and formation of uniform on rollers' width film of preservative solution.

EFFECT: application of invention will allow to increase quality of grain material used for feeding animals.
