FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crushing devices and can be used in cereal-processing industry, food industry, etc.. Proposed roll crusher comprises crushing chamber accommodating crushing rolls, loading hopper, feeder communicated with crushing chamber via chute. Crusher feeder represents scraper conveyor with rubberised scrapers. Note that conveyor case incorporates two fine- and wide-meshed sieves to separate cereals to be crushed. Fractions produced in crushing come into collectors arranged on crusher and, further on, to recycling, while cleaned cereals to be crushed are fed via collector and feed hopper for crushing.
EFFECT: higher capacity, improved quality of feed.
