FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for grain handling and a device for carrying it out, which can be used to crushing feeder grain. Method consists in the fact that, by means of the rolls, moist grain is fed into the nutrient bunker of a grinding mill. From it, through feed rolls, the grain is dosed to crushing by rolls, which are then treated with a preservative through the nozzles. In this case, additional zones are created for stable capture, reliable pinching of particles of a grain mixture of different crops and reduction of shock deformations of grain during its crushing: the zone of reception and capture of grain, the zone of pinching grain and the zone of preliminary deformation of grain, the parameters of the zones being independent of both the rolls diameter of the main grain crushing zone and the gap between these rolls. Grinding mill contains a drive kinematically connected with the main and side rolls, a feed hopper with a nutrient roll installed in it and an adjusting damper, curved guide plate, cleaning knives, a plate with nozzles mounted thereon for supplying a preservative solution. Main and side rolls are mounted on the frame with the possibility of displacement relatively to each other to adjust the gaps between them. Main and side rolls of the main crushing zone are simultaneously driven drums of belt conveyors having tension and supporting rolls. Conveyors are positioned relatively to each other in such a way that the space formed by the lower belt of the upper conveyor and the upper belt of the lower conveyor, has the form of a wedge with zones: reception and capture of grain, its pinching and pre-crushing, ensuring the reception and leveling of the grain layer and the speed of its components, stable grip and reliable pinching of grain components regardless their size and humidity, gradual deformation of caryopsis depending on their size and feeding of grain-aligned grain of the mixture into the zone of basic crushing.
EFFECT: such execution provides a soft mode of crushing, feeding of caryopsis aligned in the thickness of grain into the zone of basic crushing, which in turn allows to increase the time of action of the rolls on grain, which leads to a significant decrease in shock deformations of grain and the preservation of its structure, as well as to a decrease in energy intensity of crushing process.
