FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of large and super large tires for open-pit and agricultural vehicles. In compliance with this process, incomplete tire rough workpiece is produced. Workpiece procuring is performed in the mould with equatorial joint and smooth working surface over crown and sidewalls. At tire reconditioning plant, missing plies of sidewall and tread rubber subchannel ply are applied on the module roughed surface by direct injection of rubber mixes used at module assembly by means of three extruders. Applied plies of rubber mixes are used for pattern construction in final tire curing. Applied thin ply of tread rubber mix ensures a reliable solid consolidation of tire tread module at the crown. Said tread rubber mix is applied by two extrudes in several plies. Final curing of assembled tire is executed disc-less forming with one-sided heating of tire workpiece from the mould side at 143°C, or without mod.
EFFECT: lower costs, higher efficiency.
