SUBSTANCE: on scuffed coated carcasses of carcasses with pre-prepared outer surfaces, a breaker reinforcing belt is formed, formed by winding of cord in the form of single or group of threads with electroconductive properties. Then the blank of the new protector is coiled or applied from raw rubber and preliminary internal heating of the tire is performed by supply of electric energy to the breaker belt threads. After that vulcanisation of tires is performed in smooth tire molds without grouser inserts, at the end of vulcanisation process operations of cutting required grousers on outer running part of tire are performed.

EFFECT: higher quality of reduced tires and reduced duration of their vulcanisation.
