SUBSTANCE: method involves fish protein mass defrosting, mixing with components envisaged by the recipe and thermoplastic extrusion. The components are represented by fish protein mass, potato starch, maize flour, spices mixture, iodised salt, dried carrots and dill. All the components are used at the weight specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the fish raw material products range.
