SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to a method for production of ready-made frozen with coating second courses. Method involves preparation of a filling consisting of meat and/or chicken and/or vegetable mince; preparation of a shell consisting of meat and/or chicken and/or vegetable mince; forming an article from a shell and a ball-shaped filling by a co-extrusion method; applying to the article from the shell and filling the spherical shape of the uniform coating by successive application of the liaison layers, mealing, tempura; deep frying at 150–200 °C for 2–4 minutes until ready; freezing in fast-freezing tunnel at temperature of -30...-25 °C for 30–60 minutes; packaging the product into containers.

EFFECT: invention improves organoleptic properties of product, improves quality, biological value and juiciness of product, create an optimum technological process with the possibility of expanding the range of products, excluding its crumbling and cracking, which makes the ready product affordable for feeding children aged one year.
